Is there a DVD player in the unit?
There is a DVD player in the unit.
Do I need to bring a hair dryer?
There is a hair dryer in the unit. It can be found in a drawer in the master bathroom.
Do we need to bring sheets and towels?
One set of sheets will be provided and on each bed when you arrive. There will be 10 bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths in the unit if you are in a 3-Bedroom and 6 bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths if you are in a 2-Bedroom unit. (This is one bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth per person if you have the maximum number of people in each unit).
If you wish to have more of any of these items you may bring your own. There is also a washer and dryer in each unit if you would like to wash the linens and towels yourself. We provide enough detergent to wash one load; if you plan on doing more you will want to bring your own detergent.
Are there pots and pans and dishes in the kitchen?
Yes, there are pots, pans, cups, plates, bowls, utensils, a coffee maker, a blender, a toaster, as well as a dishwasher in the kitchen of each unit.
We have two cars. Where can we park?
Each unit will be provided with one parking permit. You may use that permit to park in the garage under the building or in our lot across the street. There is also free side street parking, a paid lot about a block away, and a park and ride on Route 50 for carpooling and additional parking.
Are the units handicap and/or wheelchair accessible?
The units are not handicap or wheelchair accessible.
Will the unit be cleaned every day?
The unit will not be cleaned every day.
What do should we do with our trash?
Please bag your trash, leave it outside of your door, and a Miramar staff member will dispose of it for you.
Do we need to clean before we leave?
You do not need to thoroughly clean the unit before you leave. However, if cleaning beyond industry standards is required upon your departure, the cost will be deducted from your damage deposit. Any damaged, missing, or broken items will result in a deduction or loss of damage deposit as well.
Are there a washer and dryer available to use?
There is a full sized washer and dryer in each unit. We provide enough detergent to do one load of laundry. If you are planning on doing more than that, you will need to bring your own detergent.
When is check-in time?
Check-in time is 4:00p.m. We do not allow early check-ins. You will check in at the lobby of the Courtyard by Marriott where a front desk associate will have your keys and parking permit available for you.
When is check-out time?
Check-out time is 11:00a.m. Please be considerate of other guests and our cleaning staff that will be preparing the unit for the next guests. You are welcome to use our guest changing rooms, restrooms, and pool area for the remainder of the day if you wish. A late check-out is subject to extra rental charges.
Do you allow pets?
No, we do not allow pets.
Do you allow smoking?
No. Smoking is prohibited in all units and on all unit balconies. If you wish to smoke you must do so at designated smoking areas which are the Courtyard by boardwalk and the parking garage.
Do you have pack-and-plays, cribs, roll away beds, or air mattresses available?
We do not have any pack-and-plays, cribs, rollaway beds, or air mattresses available for your use.
Do hotel guests have access to the floor that the condos are on?
No. The 5th floor is a private floor and can be reached via key card access only. Please keep this in mind if you have food delivered to the unit. You must meet the delivery person in the lobby. We will not key anyone who is not a condominium guest up to the 5th floor.
Can we order room service?
Yes, you can order room service from our on-site restaurant, The Captain’s Table, and have it delivered to your condo unit.
